What does the Branson Centre actually do?
How long is the normal Branson Centre enterprise partnership agreement?
We look to partner with social enterprises for a period of between one and three years, with some partnerships going well beyond the three-year mark. Our partnerships are more than just ‘consulting agreements’; we invest more than just time and money in our partners.
My business doesn’t focus on the Global Goals. Can I still apply for a partnership with the Branson Centre?
How do I apply for access to finance from the Branson Centre?
I’m a private seed/angel investor and I would like to be involved in the early stage investment opportunities of the Branson Centre’s enterprise partner organisations. How do I invest?
I want to make a donation towards supporting your enterprise partners but they are all “for profit”. Is there a way for me to make a donation and still receive the tax benefit?
Yes. The Branson Centre is a subsidiary of the Force for Good Trust, a registered Public Benefit Organisation. Donations made to our Trust are invested into black owned businesses that are enabling the global goals. Why not get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs.
Not For Profit
How can a Not For Profit Organisation partner with the Branson Centre to scale?
If your NPO is looking at opportunities to generate ongoing revenue through establishing a business venture and you have a clear focus on enabling at least one of the Global Goals, you can apply to become a partner.
How do I apply for donations, grants or charitable funding support?
The Branson Centre works with social entrepreneurs that are driving the Global Goals whilst sustaining a profitable business. We don’t provide financial support in the form of donations, grants or charitable funding. We assist companies that we have chosen to partner with to raise finance through various investors and investment institutions — but we do not provide finance ourselves. If you feel your organisation has the ability to generate positive revenue, you can apply for a partnership opportunity.
What are the Global Goals?
Is South Africa a signatory to the Global Goals?

Why can't I find your contact number?

Why can't I find your physical address?
We are a dynamic and agile company that enables its people to work from anywhere. We don’t have a physical address; instead, we use shared space in various locations throughout the country.
I want to do an internship with the Branson Centre. Where do I apply?
We don’t often use interns as we prefer to create long-term relationships with external service providers that assist us with our partner enterprises. From time to time, we partner with existing academic institutions to provide practical experience for their students as part of their qualification requirements.
